This stuff is AMAZING! I don't even like pineapple and I LOVE this stuff!!! I always keep it stocked up in the pantry for a quick dinner (Chicken Salad recipe....THE BEST), or a fun treat when the girl friends are over!

Made this one for my mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary party. I thought I made too much and to my suprise it was gone in the first hour. Big hit!! Will definately make again and again!!

Made this as a dip for my family reunion - everyone loved it! Served with Town House crackers. Can't wait to try it in the Chicken Salad recipe.
