Great Poke Cake

This mix makes a great gelatin poke cake. I made this for my girlfriend's birthday last year and everyone loved it. What I like best is it's moist gelatin center and the cream cheese frosting. It's a nice alternative to supper sugary frosting normally associated with bday cake frostings....
