Ambrosia Angel Dream Cake
Ingredients needed:
1 pkg. Ambrosia Dip Mix (unprepared)
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, in own juice, not drained
1 pkg. (4-serving size) vanilla* flavor instant pudding mix
1 cup thawed frozen Cool Whip® topping
1 prepared round angel food cake (approx 10 oz. size)
Seasonal berries, chunk pineapple or other fruit for garnish
Directions:
Mix Ambrosia Dip Mix (unprepared) with crushed
pineapple, including juice, and dry instant pudding mix in
a medium-size bowl. Stir to mix well. Gently fold in Cool
Whip®. Let mixture stand and chill in refrigerator for
5 minutes only. Slice cake horizontally into 3 even layers.
Place bottom cake layer with the cut side up on a serving
plate. Spread 1-1/3 cups of the Ambrosia pudding mixture
onto the bottom cake layer. Do not spread filling on sides
of cake. Place middle cake layer on next. Spread 1 cup
of the Ambrosia pudding mixture onto the top of the middle
layer. Place last remaining cake layer on top. Spread
remaining Ambrosia pudding mixture on top layer. Chill
at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with seasonal
berries, chunk pineapple or other fruit. *May substitute
lemon, coconut or pistachio instant pudding in recipe.

Warm up with an old favorite: Mac & Cheese!
We’ve taken your favorite childhood meal and made it even
more delectable for your grown-up palette! A combination
of delicious pasta, cheese and one of our BEST selling mixes:
Bacon & Cheddar Cheesespread Mix make the memories
taste new again!
1 pkg. Bacon & Cheddar Cheesespread Mix
1 pound (16 oz.) macaroni
6 Tbs. butter
6 Tbs. flour
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
16 oz. Cheddar, shredded
16 oz. Colby-Jack (set aside 8 oz.)
Large Pot
Large Saucepan
9”x13” Baking Dish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni noodles according to store bought directions on box or bag.
Drain. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, melt butter. Whisk in flour for 2 to 3 minutes on medium
heat. Add milk and cook until sauce thickens. Add heavy cream, 16 oz. of
Cheddar, 8 oz. of Colby-Jack, and Bacon & Cheddar Cheesespread Mix.
Cook until cheeses are fully melted, stirring often.
Add cooked macaroni to cheese mixture and mix thoroughly. Place macaroni
mixture into a 9”x13” baking dish and top with 8 oz. remaining Colby-Jack
cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the cheese melts
on top of dish. Makes 9 to 12 servings.

Perfect for the Big Game...Tropical Ham Roll-ups!
1 pkg. Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix
16 oz. cream cheese
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained)
Ham or Turkey slices
Add entire packet of Pineapple Pecan Cheesespread Mix to 16 oz. cream
cheese, softened and 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained. Mix well.
Spread mixture onto ham or turkey slices. Roll into tube shapes and chill
4 hours. Slice into circles. Serve.
Also makes a delicious Chicken Salad!
